Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas this year. Over the next week I’ll have several posts about an upcoming wedding on Sunday, a bridal bouquet review and year in review slideshow.

Here’s an update on the Cans for Comments project going on this Christmas.
So far I’ve had just 10 comments left on this blog for Cans for Comments. That’s 10 cans of food that will be donated to the Golden Harvest Food Bank on Christmas Eve. You still have 12 days to leave a comment(s) on this blog and help needy families this Christmas.

This weekend I will be Jacksonville, FL visiting my grandparents for Christmas. Rumor has it that I might be getting a Hipslip from Shootsac this year. AWESOME!!
This past Saturday was the last engagement shoot for me for 2009 and it couldn’t have been made any better. I met Whitney and Rob on Hunting Island just past Beaufort, South Carolina. We all had our doubts about the day due to the rain and wind, but as soon as we started the wind died down and the sun stuck it’s head out.
To Whitney and Rob – thank you for picking Hunting Island to shoot your engagement. I had a marvelous time and can’t wait for your wedding next June.
If you’d like to be emailed when the rest of the photos are posted in their gallery, then please CLICK HERE to pre-register.
Also, don’t forgot to comment on this post or any other post on this blog. For every comment left here between 12/1/09 and 12/22/09, I will donate one canned good to the Golden Harvest Food Bank. My goal is to donate at least 100 cans.

Occassionally, I’ll post a sneak peek from a wedding or engagement. Saturday, took I trip to Hunting Island in the Low Country of South Carolina with a client we that such a great session. More of the day and session to come, but here’s a sneak peek I caught while downloading.

Between December 1 and December 23, 2009, I will donate one canned good (or $1 worth of another item they need badly) to a local Golden Harvest Food Bank of Augusta for every comment left on this site. Since I was a little late in announcing it, I’m retroactively counting all the comments in December so far. If you’d like to help out needy families in the Augusta/Aiken area, all you have to do is leave a comment on ANY post on my blog. It not so much to ask for a minute or two of your time.
I will be posting an update about the progress every couple of days and will also have several photos at the end of that time.
I look forward to reading all of your thoughts and helping out those in need! For more information on Cans for Comments and other participating blogs, click here!
