Back in March this year, I shot Allison’s bridal session at Hopeland Gardens. I was a beautiful day which was accompanied by a beautiful bride. Now that the wedding has over, I can now share a few images from the day.
ENJOY!!

Last Wednesday, Kim and I shot her bridal session for her wedding in a few weeks. I loved her dress. It was beautiful. Here’s a couple of my favorites I picked out.

Yesterday, I got to shoot some fantastic bridal portraits of one of my brides. She’s getting married June 5th this year with the reception to follow on June 6th. Breaking the day up is going to be nice (and different). We were supposed to shoot outdoors that day but it was a bit chilly and rain was threatening all day. We got to shoot at the Willcox Inn in Aiken, South Carolina. It’s a beautiful historic hotel in downtown Aiken. Gorgeous decor and furnishings, as well as a wonderful pool area.
This wedding is going to be an awesome this summer.

I love it when brides really think a lot about their wedding shoes. These are lovely.

One of my favorites!!!

Tomorrow I’ve got a fantastic wedding, but right now I’m absolutely beat. I thought I’d share one of the bridals we shot a few weeks ago before bed. I can’t believe I’m getting in bed before 11pm. Karissa is going to be a fabulous bride. I’ll share more of the bridals after the wedding.
Have a great weekend.

We’re the Freeport today. Nothing major planned. Maybe some shopping and swimming on the beach.

Back on May 2, 2008, Meghan and Henry got married at Sacred Heart Cultural Center. Meghan had wanted to do a bridal shoot, but didn’t want chance getting here dress dirty before the wedding.
Yesterday, we got to shoot her bridals and because the wedding was over we were able to do get some different shots without having to worry about the dress (which was already somewhat dirty).
We shot at several locations around Augusta. We shot at Lafayette Center downtown, which is a little hidden gem with nice shade, waterfalls, and even an abandoned warehouse, which I gladly used. The waterfall was turned off but it was still nice. We shot a few and the Riverwalk and up on the Augusta State campus.
Meghan looked gorgeous in her gown and we couldn’t have picked a better date and time. The clouds moved in and a nice breeze came through. It was nice to here it a little cooler than the usual June inferno.
Meghan did such a good job with her own hair and her friend, who was also a bridesmaid, came down to do her make-up. Heather is an awesome make-up artist.
Here’s a couple of my favs.

There are tons of websites out there about wedding inspiration and themes, but I recently discovered SNIPPET & INK. It’s an amazing blog about wedding themes, color schemes, decor, and the like. I really like how she showcases different ones. The inspire colleges are AWESOME! She had come up with 150+ themes styles. Check it out here at www.snippetandink.blogspot.com.
Here some of the ones I enjoyed today!
